Hi, For sometime I've been trying to locate a copy of and identify the artist of a popular hit record from the early sixties.I think it may be called 'The Party', but not sure. The lyrics go.... I don't want to go to the party with you I don't want to go to the dance I don't want to go nowhere with you I just want to stay here and love you I believe several artists have re-recorded the same song , but its the early sixties version I'm tracing. I think it was a male/female duet but I was only very young and I don't known the artist.I've searched extensively but have not found any compilations containing this song. Can you help?.
