From your comments, it indicates this is 'really a labor of love' for you as opposed to a moneymaking business. It appears that you have been at this for a while so either you don't really care about making money or you haven't figured out how to do it. In either case, when it gets to the point where you're facing possible legal complications, you have to stop and ask yourself is it really worth it? While you may indeed love what you're doing, if you're not in a position to do it right, then maybe it's time to look at other alternatives. Sorry if the words sound harsh, but it sounds like you're putting yourself in possible jeopardy to what end?
