Message Detail:
Alan, thanks for the info on the latest release of my first recording, Henrietta. Originally recorded in San Antonio for TNT (Turner In Texas) and then sold to DOT records. It charted nationally for a few weeks on the DOT label in early 1958.

This October, it will be 50 years ago that it was recorded. I have not seen any royalties for it since 1958. TNT is gone, DOT is out of business as well.
All the musicians from that session, except I, are deceased now.

It continues to appear every few years on various compilation CDs and perhaps it may earn me a few dollars. We will know in the coming months. I no longer care about the expensive and time consuming efforts to collect royalties. Actually, I consider it in the public domain now. But, the artist is still available to play a gig, but I don't do Henrietta any longer. I sang that song for the last time in 1961. However, it does seem that Henrietta is going to out-live me!

If you would like a digital copy of it, just let me know.
It was made from an original DOT 45rpm (circa 1958) and encoded to stereo WMA format. The file is about 4mb.
