Alan and Will, I appreciate your comments very much. It is good to know that something one does is enjoyed by others. I have spent much of my life trying to entertain people, and, well, I'm still trying.

On Alan's comments: Yes! I do like the same music you do.
Way back in the day, I performed a lot of Arthur Alexander's tunes in my club dates. And, I am trying to set up an interview with the Soul Queen, Irma Thomas, for a future program. Hopefully, in time, it will all work out. She is still very busy performing, and experienced the loss of her New Orleans night club dur to Katrina.

I crossed the line with music in the early sixties by using a lot of R&B material and even had the nerve to
bring an intergrated group into a club in Birmingham, Alabama. That's a story within itself.

And to Will: Did you know Steve Alaimo operates a recording studio in Florida these days? Paul Revere and the Raiders appear at Dick Clark's Theater in Branson Missouri. I appeared once with the Raiders in late 1966
when they showed up at the club where I was working and sat in with the band. Those were good days and good times.

I appreciate your comments my friends. I will keep trying to find interesting material to present for your entertainment.
