In one way or another, Buddy had a profound and lasting impact on all of us into our adult lives. He was a true professional, a loving father and husband & a loyal friend. For those of us who knew him well and shared fun times with him, we can never forget that gravelly voice with a true warmth behind it. We’ll always miss Buddy.

May his memory live on in each of us and in the thousands of “kids” who made Buddy such an integral part of their lives either in the studio or on the screen.

Please take a “special” moment to remember Buddy this Sunday and the 50th Anniversary of the start of the Buddy Deane “Bandstand” (later “Show”).
