Hey Bob: Wanted to write to let you know that I really enjoyed the podcast today (I enjoy them all)..but this one was extra-special, since I actually got to hear that clip from Buddy's television show! As I understand it, those things are pretty rare; one of the only ones that I know of is a clip that channel 13 shown when they did a blurb during their 50th anniversary; I think they may have also ran that clip after Buddy passed away; it seems to me that it's a clip of Buddy..getting ready to play "the Madison"..so that probably would had also been from 1963 as best as I can recall. Would I be correct in assuming that there probably aren't any clips of his show from..we'll say 1957-1959? That's the time I really would be tuned in..although I must confess..most of my memories of watching the show are vague; I seem to have this vague memory of him talking to Lynk Ray..and it would had been during that time period.
