Monster Mash is the only record to ever reach the top of charts three separate times in three separate releases - once in 1962, again in 1970 and a final time in 1973!!!!

Absolutely right- it reached Number 1 in 1962 - Number 91 in 1970 and Number 10 in 1973, and all as you say, were the same version, produced by Gary Paxton.

So that is definitely a record (excuse the pun).

But I am still worried that somebody other than Frankie Valli has managed to chart in every decade since the 1950's.

Any ideas? It would be unusual for me to be correct.
