John, Given the state of today's broadcast environment...what you MAY want to do is contact the SALES department at WVLT and ask a rep if you can buy a couple of hours of air time one night a week. If they agree to sell you the time...then go and find businesses who will sponsor you. In other words, tell the station you're going to sell spots within the time you bought each week and you keep the money from all commercials sold. This process is referred to as 'brokered time'. See if WVLT has anything available and then go from there. If you are successful in getting them to sell you the time, I can give you some pointers on who to contact and how much to price each spot.
