I believe it was after the NYC blackout. That was in June, I think. I was driving up US Route 13 that evening before going into the station and listening to George Michael on 77 WABC. He commented that Peter McCann was playing ('Do You Wanna Make Love') and the meters went dead on the console. They shortly thereafter got back on the air with the help of generator.
