I notice you sometime say Top 40 but also Top 100. Personally, I don't feel there's much great stuff above Top 40. I'd do Top 40, but isolate regional hits, from various areas (Chicago, New York, Philly, etc.), and feature those separately. Nobody wants to feel old, so those songs (hits) that were poorly recorded, and sound older than what they should, sorry, Charlie, they must go.
This might be what those Corporate stations do.

Oh, your site states to the '70's, but you play early '80's, too :-)
