Let me toss one at you, and/or your listeners. Let's talk Ray Stevens. Yeah, he cut some fun songs, indeed! Now, my question. I bought a couple of his CDs, and even had some 45s on Barnaby/Monument. However, someone reported that the audience applause, on songs, such as "Along Came Jones" and "Gitarzan" doesn't exist on the 45 RPM releases. Anyone know if this is true? I can't recall. Maybe from LP masters?
