When I was in the Air Force in Turkey in 1975-76, I lived among muslims and saw how they existed.

Now, in the 21st century we see the 'leaders' of this belief system pledge to eradicate Christians and Jews and bring the world under Islamic domination.

It will not happen. Christ is Lord of all and over all. There will be some interesting moments between now and the time He comes back, but in the end, He reigns supreme.

Nevertheless, the Lord allows satan a short leash to do bad things that God will eventually turn into good...IF those who are affected by bad things will turn to Him.

For a specific example of this, read the book of Job.

One day in October of 2001, Buddy Deane and I did a record hop in a coastal town in Maryland. As we drove down the main drag of Ocean City, we counted at least 26 hotel marquees that proclaimed 'God Bless America'.

Of course, this was right on the heels of 9/11.

Now it's 5 1/2 years later, and the same God we turned to when the Islamic terrorists were invading our shores is the same one we no longer want in our society.

There's an old saying, 'History Repeats Itself'.

When the Jews got in trouble back in the old times, God delivered them. Then over time, they went back to their humanistic ways and forgot Him. Then they got in trouble again, cried out for deliverance again, and got delivered again.

Could the USA be in a similar situation?

The USA has prospered more than any other nation in the last 225 years, and especially since World War 2. The USA has also been the biggest supporter of Israel (which came into existence in its present state in 1948). The Islamic mission of course, is to eradicate Israel.

The USA as a government has at times been wishy-washy with Israel over the last 25-30 years. Not a wise thing for the USA to do.

Psalm 122:6 says 'Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. He will prosper who loves them'

Combine the USA's increasingly secularistic and God rejecting society with the Islamic agenda...and no wonder 'liberal-progressive' thinkers in the USA prefer capitulation to confrontation.

When the love of the Lord is removed, the result is fear.

Proverbs 3:5 & 6 say...

'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in ALL your ways and He shall direct your paths'.
