Life IS what you make of it. This life and the life/existence to follow.

Why did God 'blow' His chance to impress you? Do you have peace, John? Do you have a life outside of 'oldies' and other hobbies? Did something or someone (like Rob alluded to) say or do something in the past, which has through the years provided you with a convenient excuse to formulate the philosophy you espouse in your most recent post?

I'm praying for you John. That the Lord will speak to your heart and help you to see His truth and His plan for your life.

We're only here for a short time, John. It's only in this life that we have the opportunity to accept Christ's sacrifice for our sins as the payment that God requires from us.

The bible says that if we die having rejected that sacrifice, we are eternally separated from God.

No amount of pleading, pointing out your good deeds, or any other reasoning will work.

It is appointed unto man to die, and then comes the judgment. Hebrews 9:27.

I appreciate your posts on the site, John. You're a nice guy. Trust Christ for your salvation. Seek Him while it is still time.
