I have no doubt that you believe what you read but when people start preaching as if they are the authority I take it with a grain of salt. I've known a few Christians in my day but none that are able to walk the talk. For instance, I've known Christians who have been married three, four times and stand up there and take vows but never folow through on them. There is a verse that says that "if you put your wife away other than for reasons of adultery, you commit adultery and cause her to commit adultery as well". There is also another verse that says, "adulterers shall not see the kingdom of heaven" Obviously, these Christians don't really believe what the scripture says or they wouldn't marry and divorce faster than they can take off their underwear. Just one example but I could list many. I've found the one's that preach the loudest about morality are usually the one's who struggle the most with it.
