Christians are not the authority. The Word of God is the authority. Please don't ignore that very important distinction.

Accusing anybody of hand picking verses, be it Hagee, Dobson, or the Duke Of Earl, is another way of you stating 'Please don't make me be accountable to Christ, as I want to live my life the way I want to'.

If you die in your unbelief and stand before Christ to answer for it, you won't be able to say to Him that you weren't given the right to believe what you want.

How is that intolerant?

Speaking of which, if Christians are the most intolerant lot going (as you proclaim)...would you be so courageous as to tell that to the families of the thousands who were killed on 9/11, and others later beheaded in hostage videos...or to the loved ones of the thousands of Jews (and Iraqis) systematically blown up by people who radically proclaim another 'faith'?

If you are willing to abandon your secularistically ingrained belief system of rebellion and lies and truly seek the Lord with all your heart...He says you will find Him.
