Message Detail:
I knew I should not have started this, but I also knew I would not get to sleep until I got twenty.

Here's a few more that have just occurred to me:

"There's A Goldmine In The Sky" (Pat Boone)
"Shadrack" (Brook Benton)
"Knocking On Heaven's Door" (Bob Dylan)
"Rock And Roll Heaven"(The Righteous Brothers)
"Three Steps To Heaven" (Eddie Cochran)
"Turn Your Radio On" (Ray Stevens)
"Chapel Of Love" (Dixie Cups)
"Crying In The Chapel" (Elvis Presley)

That brings it up to 18. Not bad.

If I cannot find the last two to make up twenty, how about

"In The Still Of The Night" (Five Satins). OK - it is not about God or religion, but it was recorded in the basement of St. Bernadette's Church in New Haven, Connecticut. (I wonder if there is a plaque up there to commemorate the event?)

"True Love Ways" (Buddy Holly). OK - I'm scraping the barrel right now, but the melody was "borrowed" by Buddy from the hymn "I'll Be Alright", and oddly enough, that hymn was played at his funeral.

Hooray - that's 20. I'm off to bed now.
