Dear Bob,

I'd like to think of myself as a businessman, donating to decent businesses. However, what occurred over the past 24 hours still amazes me. Not one person said anything about Ultimate Oldies Radio being down, not even yourself. Maybe you thought I was joking about my question why I was unable to connect from two different locations, 25 miles apart, using two different computers and ISPs. I wasn't. Maybe it was isolated to the East Coast, but still, YOU should be concerned. I'm beginning to believe there isn't a whole heck of a lot of people who listen to this web broadcast.
You should improve your customer/listener satisfaction skills.
