Subject: The Flip Side of Ur USVSCA Find

The back view of this US Veteran Signal Corps Association medal is as intriguing and the front is stunning. with the back'g cap removed the inner circle of the item may be studied. Do you think the black blob is enamel? Would anyone know that process for this type of jewelry making? Whoever becomes the successful bidder will gain a prize. If only we could find out whose it was, the mission would be complete.

I'm reminded of those few line which come aback again and again so hauntingly:
