Might get in touch with Doug Williams who is state rep for SCARD in Georgia. He may have a Signals Unit that could help out with the activities. Mark also had a good idea with gentleman that portrays Albert Meyers.
Doug's email is dwmssignal@aol.com according to state rep. page on Signal Corps Assoc. website. Would help if we knew who was setting up festivities for the event, Public Affairs Office for unit/base? Depending on when they plan on the time would depend on how many reenactors they could get for program.
