Subject: RE: 1860's Comm to Be Conducted Across Ohio This October

Message Detail:
I'm afraid that, in trying to be "inclusive," the impression is being left that women were part of the USMT. While there are a (very) few instances of female ops in commercial offices, I am very suspicious of a display showing a woman at a mobile field (=military) operation, compounded by the appearance of what appear to be replicas of US Sig Corps cipher disks at her side--a security violation in 1864 both as being made privy to a civilian and to members of the USMT.
(On the other hand, she IS a very attractive representative of the occasion!)
