Just because some sutler says 'military' in their advertising - might that also mean militia cut of a vest pattern?

Pete... didn't the Loudoun Countians have a large set of sweatshops where they made militia styled waistcoats for the army near Leesburg? Weren't they situated along what was then called Vestral Pike?
