GREAT battle scenerios albeit a few less people then we'd like to have had.

LOTS of Confederate Cavalry tho!

Anyway - there was a 'new' (to the art) wet plate photographer there offering his services for quite a good price. He was doing this to practice the art (and being a photographer myself - wetplate photography IS an art!)

My OLDEST Son Philip

This was cropped to bring him more into the center of the picture. I also burned in quite a few places because it was way too light.

My YOUNGEST Son John-john

Nothing but a bit of contrast and brightness adjustments.

And the THREE of us
Notice the 4' red flag flutter in the breeze while the film was being exposed. This picture is VERY light and really cannot be fixed - even digitally.

He contacted me today and wants us to come up and shoot the one of the 3 of us over again. Since my wife and daughter didn't go with us last weekend - I'm going to bring them up as well.
