Actually, it has one, but since the focal length is now longer than the original design, it won't extend the bridge far enough to focus properly. I have toyed with a few solutions, but it is still easier just to leave the extender withdrawn and manipulate them by hand. My research implies that the glasses are probably of 1870's vintage and I point that out to people when I am "teaching" spectators.
