Subject: Fort Monmouth

Message Detail:
Fort Monmouth, NJ, a post that traditionally has been associated with the Signal Corps, is on the base closure list.
For Civil War flag-floppers, a mstter of concern is that Fort Monroe, VA, is also on the list.
