That is a very good point Dave. In thinking through battle fieled problems we tend to get into a rut. Flag men only flag. I never really thought of being a little more flexable. If running is faster why not run, that is a good point.

Going to the other statement about the use of stutter code, I wonder if it would be easier to just use preconserted code. The problem I find with stutter code is that the amount of wags need to transmit the message compared to preconserterd. It could be a differance of half.
