The quick and easy solution might the card file at the Maine Archives. Do another posting to see if they list place of burial or ask Maine Archives. It's been a very long time but I seem to remember they do (WPA project?).

Do some genealogy. Bangor had both rail and steamship service so they could be buried in a family lot in a distant place.
