This is the only one that comes close on Civil War Data Systems.
Charles H. Lunt

Residence Rumford ME; a 26 year-old Farmer.

Enlisted on 11/15/1861 as a Private.

On 11/15/1861 he mustered into "D" Co. ME 12th Infantry
He was discharged on 7/15/1862 at New Orleans, LA

On 1/2/1864 he mustered into MA 2nd Light Artillery
He was Mustered Out on 8/11/1865 at Galloup's Island, Boston, MA
(Residence listed as "Charlestown, MA")
