Message Detail:
My great-grandmother had an Uncle by the name of William Runnells Bean, he was in the 7th. Light Artillery Regiment Maine, enlisted Dec. 30th 1863 Kittery Maine. Wounded May 12 1864 at Spotsylvannia Court House, Va, he evenually lost his leg because of this.He was discharged Sept. 5 1864 another date says Aug. 20 1864. His parents were Sarah "Runnells" Bean and Joseph Bean, they lived in Carritunk Maine.Paperwork says he is living in Sharon Maine. Perhaps I can find his wife's name and if he had any children. I do not not know what became of him. His sister was my 2 times great-grandmother Elizabeth "Bean" Ham. Aepell@metrocast.net
