We are looking for a photo of A Company, 1st Main Heavies. Also what does a red lozenge on a Kepi of this regiment signify? We have a Pvt. Edward C. Osborn's uniform and we are looking for a photo of him to exhibit with it at our museum.

My great grandmother Buzzell (Bussell) had 3 brothers who served in the 1st MHA. Two have been located on this site and one has not. They were from Cherryfield, Maine, 2 returned home and one died. How can I ind more information about them?

Hi! Researching the family of Jonathan W. Smith b.1806 Maine, for a friend, who descends from Avandah's brother Alonzo, b. 1834, Maine. There is a family story about the brothers and the Civil War. Can we connect about our projects?
