Tommy Knowles was with WSM radio, Nashville, as a staff musician, playing second sax & clarinet. He played a morning show and a noontime show called "Noontime Neighbors". Chet Atkins was also a staff musician at WSM.
Many of the staff musicians were also in Tommy Knowles Orchestra; up to sixteen pieces. Their theme song was "Domino" and the word Domino and domino figures were part of the music stands.
